Two Pens on Notebook

Our Story

Welcome to Globetrotters Academy, a dedicated childcare facility born from the shared vision of two passionate educators, Elodie & Sandra, committed to redefining early childhood education.

With our strong belief that children are the future, Globetrotters Academy aims to empower them to be thinkers, risk-takers, and self-reflective learners who embrace failure as a vital step in their journey. By fostering curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset, we prepare them to navigate an ever-changing world with confidence and empathy. At Globetrotters Academy, we don’t just teach—we inspire lifelong learners. With years of experience in the field, we’ve witnessed both the strengths and gaps in traditional teaching methods.

At the heart of Globetrotters is the belief that children are the future. We empower them to be thinkers, risk-takers, and self-reflective learners who embrace failure as a vital step in their journey. By fostering curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset, we prepare them to navigate an ever-changing world with confidence and empathy. At Globetrotters Academy, we don’t just teach—we inspire lifelong learners.

Our approach focuses on building resilience, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through real-life, hands-on activities. We integrate early literacy and math into meaningful contexts, encouraging children to explore, inquire, and reflect—both in the classroom and at home. Recognizing that every child learns differently, we tailor experiences to meet diverse needs, whether through visual, hands-on, or interactive methods.

Facts on Multilingualism, Brain, and Child Development

"Preschoolers are language-learning superstars—their brains soak up new tongues like sponges, fearlessly babbling and playing their way to fluency, while adults stress over grammar rules!"

"Bilingual kids don’t just speak two languages—they see the world with double the empathy and cultural connection!"

"Research shows multilingual children outperform peers academically (Thomas & Collier, 2002) and gain a competitive edge in global careers."

Raising a Multilingual Child? Relax...You’ve Got This!

Worried about starting a new language? Many parents ask:

"Will it confuse my child?"No! Kids’ brains are wired for languages. Mixing words (like saying "apple" in Spanish and English) is normal and fades with time.

"How can I teach a language I don’t speak?"
Easy! Use cartoons, apps or playgroups with native speakers. You don’t need to be fluent!

"Is preschool too early?"
Perfect timing! Before age 7, kids soak up accents and grammar like little language sponges.

"Will it hurt their main language?"
Not at all! Bilingual kids often excel in both languages, with better reading and problem-solving skills.

You’re giving your child a lifelong gift!
